Nassau Beach Campground is situated within the confines of Nassau Beach Park -155 acres of sun-drenched sand and recreational facilities along the Atlantic Ocean on Long Island's South Shore. The campground consists of 74 Recreational Vehicle sites, complete with water and 30/20 amperage, 125 volt electrical hookups. There is a designated area for those who prefer to tent. Two waste material (gray-black) water Dumping Ststions and a comfort Station (Wheelchair Accessible) are located within easy access. The City of Long Beach and Point Lookout provide convenient shopping, medical and religious service

The Camping Season will begin the first Friday in April and will end October 31st

DIRECTIONS TO NICKERSON BEACH CAMPGROUND

  • Long Island Expressway (East) to the Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway (South)

  • Get off at Sunrise Highway (West) to Henry Street (one block West of Meadowbrook Parkway). Make left onto Henry Street and take to Merrick Road.

  • At Merrick Road, make a left, and take to Meadowbrook Parkway.

  • Make right onto Meadowbrook Parkway going South until you see a sign labeled "EXIT M-10", Loop Parkway towards Long Beach.

  • Take the Loop Parkway all the way to the end and make a right hand turn onto Lido Blvd.

  • Nassau Beach Park is on the Left hand side about one mile.
